SALES
The members of our sales team are constantly on site and have a daily contact with our clients. Thanks to their professionalism and interpersonal skills they have been able to develop a portfolio of clients grouping together some of Switzerland’s biggest property players.
R&D
The eSMART solution is a constantly evolving innovative product thanks to the creativity of our R&D team engineers. Their ingenuity has enabled them to develop a solution that can quickly adapt to changing markets, new technologies as well as client requirements.
SUPPORT & AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Our support and after-sales service department is the most flexible. The team combines activities in the office to offer end customers support in the field by managing installation projects and setting up our solution. In short, eSMART products hold no secrets for the support and after-sales service team.
ADMINISTRATIVE
The administrative team supports the whole eSMART team in such varied activities as HR management, communication, marketing, general admin and finance. It ensures a good cohesion between departments and is responsible for the company running smoothing.
