SALES
The members of our sales team are constantly on site and have a daily contact with our clients. Thanks to their professionalism and interpersonal skills they have been able to develop a portfolio of clients grouping together some of Switzerland’s biggest property players.
R&D
The eSMART solution is a constantly evolving innovative product thanks to the creativity of our R&D team engineers. Their ingenuity has enabled them to develop a solution that can quickly adapt to changing markets, new technologies as well as client requirements.
SUPPORT & AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Our support and after-sales service department is the most flexible. The team combines activities in the office to offer end customers support in the field by managing installation projects and setting up our solution. In short, eSMART products hold no secrets for the support and after-sales service team.
ADMINISTRATIVE
The administrative team supports the whole eSMART team in such varied activities as HR management, communication, marketing, general admin and finance. It ensures a good cohesion between departments and is responsible for the company running smoothing.

Get informed
We invite you to browse our website, in order to gather all the information about our solution, our values and the reasons why you should join eSMART.

If you recognize yourself in our values, send us your application. Gather all the documents (CV with 📷, covering letter, diplomas and any other relevant document) and submit your application online on our candidate portal.
Screening
Our Recruitment team will analyze your application within a week and one of our employees will contact you as soon as possible.
Phone interview
⚡ Depending on the type of position and the applications received, we may arrange a telephone interview. This will last approximately 30 minutes ⏱, in order to learn more about you. You also have the opportunity to ask us all your ❓.
First interview
In the case of a positive evaluation, we invite you to visit us at our premises so that you can meet our HR team and one of our colleagues.
Second interview/Discovery day
If you are selected, we will organise a discovery day or a second interview to discuss our offer and your technical skills in more detail.
