Les Logis de Prilly is made up of a total of 6 buildings housing 160 apartments. Four of these buildings are condos (PPE) offering 30 apartments each, the other two buildings house 40 rental apartments as well as commercial use properties. The site is located in Prilly in the canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
Both ecological and economical, this new project boasts both remote-controlled heating system as well as solar panels located the roof of the building.This technology allows the building to be almost self-sufficient in terms of energy use. Les Logis de Prilly paid particular attention to architectural details and the materials used in its construction. Its façade, external fittings and interior design and finishings have all been conceived to provide a cohesive, sustainable and attractive place to live and work.
The project’s sustainablity is underlined by the installation of eSMART’s eSMART-building solution in each of the 160 apartments. Each home is fully equipped with a home control panel which brings together all the essential functions for you daily life.
